The Einhell automatic home and garden pump GE-AW 1042 FS has a power output of 1,050 watts and can pump up to 4,200 litres of clear water per hour. The device enables water from reservoirs, wells or cisterns to be used for various purposes in the home and garden. For easy commissioning and maintenance, the machine has a suction and water level indicator as well as a large filling opening. The system can also be completely drained via the water drain plug to frost-proof the pump for storage. Safety is ensured by a flow sensor with LED display, a contamination gauge for the pre-filter and a comprehensive protection system consisting of dry-run protection, scald and thermal protection and a non-return valve. The design features durable mechanical seals and robust metal connections: The pump offers a 42-mm (R11/4 external thread) inlet connection as well as two 33.3 mm (R1 internal thread) pressure connections for flexible connection options for various applications.

Automatic domestic pump with 4,200 litres/h and LED flow sensor
The automatic 1,050-watt domestic pump conveys up to 4,200 litres of clear water per hour from a depth of up to 8 metres. A flow sensor monitors the flow and displays the status via LEDs. The thermal overload protection and dry-running protection with built-in scald protection ensure a high level of safety. These mechanisms automatically switch off the pump in the event of a water shortage or imminent overheating of the motor.

What type of pump is it?
The automatic domestic water system is a surface pump, i.e. it is always located outside of the water and sucks in the water via a suction hose and then conveys it further via a pressure hose or garden hose.

Can the automatic domestic pump also pump waste water?
No – the automatic domestic water system is only suitable for conveying clear water.
What needs to be considered when installing the pump?
The pump must be filled with water before use. (Caution: Pre-filter must be removed for filling!) It is also advisable to apply sealing tape to the inlet connection.
